Thanks for your replies, I have found the way to upload data using this BAPI.
1. Here we need to input all the fields that we need to populate, we need to give the parameter number 0001 for all the fields that we are entering.
2. secondly there is a filed list is available, there you need to input all the filed that you have given in the input parameter in the same sequence.
3. once executed it will upload the data.
Note: there is no return message through by this BAPI, but the data is stored in the table.
I checked if it had any issue with my input parameter but similarly many had faced this issue.
so there is some bug that needs to be fixed.
