Looking for further assistance:  for Approve PO App.  Issue (display Client / User Images)

I have been unable to get the Supplier or User images to display in the Approve PO. app.

I followed the instruction in the document " transfer graphic image you suggested. as well as the document for troubleshooting. 

Below attachment are the steps I followed. (see attachment)

Bottom line, how do I proceed further to determine why the "Get_Image_Binary_File method is not being called?
