But i also disagree with you both for the reason that i believe Fiori is more than the front-end (UI5) & is also more specific in its back-end implementation. Say if am not wrong one just can't say it as a fiori app by implementing UI based on UI5 & back-end based on java/nodejs.(maybe, i might be wrong here 
) So emphasizing only on UI5 could be an ideal definition ?
