Factoring for Leave and Hiring

HI All,

How we can accommodate these sensations in PY:

Scenario:

1. For EE hiring (Mid month) WT 100 should not factor

2. For EE taking Leave factoring should be based on 30 days(currently its calender days & Hriing Proration is happening as per calender days))

How to manage this
